Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If an item doesn't fit your bathroom after all, we'll gladly take it back.

You have 30 days

From the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to change your mind. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with tags on and in the original packaging. You must also be able to show a receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to return

Write to us at shop@baderum.com before you send anything back. Once we have approved your return, you'll receive a return label and instructions on where and how to send the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items returned without prior agreement.

Damage or faults

Check your order as soon as it reaches you. If something has broken in transit, the item is defective, or you've received the wrong thing, write to us right away at shop@baderum.com. We'll find a solution.

Items we cannot take back

Special orders and items adapted or produced specifically for you cannot be returned. The same applies to sale items and gift cards. If you are unsure about a particular item, please do ask us before you buy.

Made-to-order items (Snedker furniture)

Our Snedker furniture is made to order in our own workshop and adapted to your order, including size and configuration. Items made to your specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, and an order therefore cannot be withdrawn, returned or cancelled once it has been placed. If you do wish to cancel an order, this can only happen by agreement with us and against a fee of 40% of the furniture's price, which covers the materials and craftsmanship we have already committed to the order. If there are faults or defects in the furniture, your usual rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act still apply, including up to 2 years' right to claim.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange for something else, the quickest route is to return the item and place a new order as soon as the return is approved. That way you're certain to get exactly what you want.

Your right of withdrawal in the EU (14 days)

Regardless of the above, you always have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days if the item was shipped within the EU, and without having to give a reason. Here too, the item must be unused, with tags on and in the original packaging, and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not apply to made-to-order items produced to your specifications, as described above.

Refund

As soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, we return the money to your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take a little extra time before your bank or card provider has posted the amount. If you don't hear from us, and more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, you are welcome to write to us at shop@baderum.com.
