Shipping policy

Delivery

We pack your order with care and send it on its way quickly. When it arrives, and what it costs, depends on what you've bought and where it's going. A towel hook and a pallet of tiles don't travel the same way.

How we ship

Smaller items like fixtures, accessories and mirrors we send with GLS across Denmark. They're typically with you within 5-10 working days. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way, and you choose whether it goes to a parcel shop or all the way to your door.

Larger and heavier items like tiles, bathroom furniture and large mirrors are delivered by pallet with a freight carrier, also across Denmark. Delivery time here is around 10-20 working days. The carrier will call you before delivery so you can find a day that suits you. One important detail: pallet delivery is made to the kerbside at the nearest paved road. The driver does not carry items indoors or up stairs, so do have an extra pair of hands ready to receive them.

If you live in Greater Copenhagen or North Zealand, you can choose to have us deliver your order ourselves, heavy items included. It's often both faster and cheaper than a freight carrier, and you'll meet someone from our own team at the door. We'll agree on a time that works for you.

Shipping rates

Shipping follows the size of your order, so you pay according to how much you buy. In Denmark it looks like this:

Orders under DKK 1,000: DKK 55
DKK 1,000 to 5,000: DKK 179
DKK 5,000 to 10,000: DKK 499
Over DKK 10,000: free shipping (does not apply to large-format tiles, see below)

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay, and there are no hidden fees.

Large-format tiles

Tiles in sizes 120x120 cm and above are always delivered by pallet with their own freight rate: DKK 3,000 for the first m² and DKK 500 per m² thereafter. The rate is calculated automatically at checkout. Pallet freight for large-format tiles is not covered by free shipping on orders over DKK 10,000, even if the rest of your order is. Large-format tiles are delivered in Denmark only.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Shipping is calculated automatically based on the size of your order and the destination country, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time to Sweden and Norway is typically 10-20 working days depending on destination and item type.

Shipping rates to Sweden:

DKK 0 to 999: DKK 149
DKK 1,000 to 4,999: DKK 399 (incl. insurance)
DKK 5,000 to 9,999: DKK 899 (incl. insurance and special handling)
DKK 10,000 and above: DKK 1,499 (incl. insurance, special handling and white glove delivery)

Shipping rates to Norway:

DKK 0 to 999: DKK 199
DKK 1,000 to 4,999: DKK 599 (incl. insurance)
DKK 5,000 to 9,999: DKK 1,299 (incl. insurance and special handling)
DKK 10,000 and above: DKK 1,999 (incl. insurance, special handling and white glove delivery)

Norway is outside the EU, so customs and local duties may be charged upon receipt and are not included in the price.

When your order is on its way

You'll get an order confirmation by email straight away, and another message when your order is dispatched.

Check your order as soon as it arrives. This is especially true for tiles and other fragile items. If you spot transport damage, take a photo and write to us right away, ideally while the carrier is still there. It rarely happens, but when it does, we'd like to hear about it quickly so we can find a solution.

If your order is delayed because a supplier or carrier is giving us trouble, you'll hear it from us. You don't need to keep watch yourself.
