Carrara Dark Checker is a checkered pattern composed of two tiles from the same series, a deep dark grey and a light white-grey, meeting as depth and light on the same wall. The pattern is drawn by the calm rhythm of two shades that alternate field by field, without a diagonal. A graphic expression with contrast at its core.
The inspiration is the classic Italian Carrara marble in two shades, reproduced in porcelain stoneware with a honed surface, semi-polished, matte and velvety. The detail of marble, the durability of ceramics. Fully rectified, so the joint can be kept to a minimum.
Suitable for both floor and wall indoors. The high-contrast expression works particularly well in rooms with good natural light, where the dark fields are allowed to stand out against the light ones.
