Stone Checker is a chequerboard pattern made from two tiles in the same series, a light Ivory and a deep Grey, meeting like soft and raw on the same wall. The pattern is drawn by the calm rhythm of two shades alternating field by field, without a diagonal. An industrial look with calm in the craft.
The inspiration is Catalan limestone with its earthy tone and the raw character of cement. The look is rendered in porcelain stoneware with 3D relief, where pattern and colour shifts can be felt by touch and seen in the play of light across the surface. The character of natural stone, the durability of porcelain. Fully rectified, so the grout line can be kept to a minimum.
Suited to both floor and wall indoors. The earthy palette works in everything from calm, minimalist rooms to more industrial-inspired bathrooms with exposed building materials.
Price: DKK 1,150 per m². Sold in even square metres (minimum 4 m²). We put the set together with both shades, so the checker pattern is ready to lay. For smaller quantities, collection from our warehouse in Hvidovre is required. Get in touch and we will arrange it.
